What are the arrival and departure times?
For holiday rentals: check-in is between 4 pm and 7 pm and check-out is before 10 am. For camping pitches: check-in is between 2 pm and 7 pm and check-out is before 12 noon.
Can I choose my pitch?
No. However, if you have stayed at the campsite before, you are welcome to request a specific pitch and we will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability. If you are coming with several families, please let us know and we will arrange for you to be as close together as possible.
Are bed linen included in the rental?
No. Pillows and duvets are provided, but not bed linen (except in the Taos range for stays of 7 nights or more). However, we do offer a hire service for bed linen, towels and bath mats if you’d like to travel light.
What facilities does my cottage have?
The holiday rentals are equipped with crockery, kitchenware and appliances (microwave, television, vacuum cleaner and coffee maker). Pillows and duvets are also provided, as are cleaning supplies.
Is it possible to pitch a tent next to my mobile home?
No. For insurance and safety reasons, we cannot exceed the maximum capacity of the mobile home, which is a maximum of 6 people per pitch.
Do I need to clean the place before I leave?
Yes. It is essential that you leave the accommodation clean. Our team will carry out a final inspection before you leave. You have the option of booking the cleaning package (between €60 and €100 depending on the accommodation) so that our team can take care of it. You will still need to clean the kitchen and empty the bins.
Are you taking the right holiday vouchers?

Is the water park open outside the peak season?
Yes. The water park is open from April to September for campsite guests only. However, the slides, the pool and the outdoor water play area are only open at weekends and during school holidays (or on request at reception).
Is the Wi-Fi free?
Yes, there is free Wi-Fi throughout the campsite.
Is there a kids’ and teens’ club?
Yes and no. In July and August, there’s a kids’ club for children aged 4 to 10. Teenagers, meanwhile, can take part in activities open to everyone, which run throughout the day.
How do I get to the Rose Garden by car?
Paris – Nantes: Take the A10 then the A11 to Nantes. On the ring road, take exit 36 towards ‘Vannes/Saint-Nazaire’ on the N165, then follow signs for ‘Saint-Nazaire/La Baule’ on the N171. Before reaching Saint-Nazaire, follow the D213 towards ‘La Baule / Guérande”, then take the “La Baule Les Pins – Escoublac” exit; at the church in the Escoublac district on the right, you’ve arrived 200 m further on, after the bridge! (journey time 4½ hours)
Brest – La Baule: N165 via Quimper and Vannes, exit 17 ‘La Baule / Guérande’ via La Roche Bernard, heading towards ‘La Baule’. Once you reach Guérande (do not take La Baule Centre / La Baule Ouest), follow signs for Saint Nazaire via the D213 to bypass the town; on the D213, take the second exit marked “La Baule Les Pins – Escoublac”; at the church in the Escoublac district, turn right – you’ll arrive 200 m further on, just past the bridge! (journey time: 3 hours)
Rennes – Saint Nazaire / La Baule: Take the N137 towards Nantes, then head towards Saint Nazaire / Blain via the N171. Before reaching Saint Nazaire, follow the D213 towards “La Baule / Guérande”, then take the “La Baule Les Pins – Escoublac” exit. The church in the Escoublac district is on your right; you’ve arrived 200 m further on, just past the bridge! (journey time 1 hour 40 mins)
Saint-Jean-de-Monts – La Baule: Take the D13 then the D213 towards Saint-Nazaire, cross the Saint-Nazaire Bridge, follow signs for La Baule, then take the “La Baule Les Pins – Escoublac” exit; the church in the Escoublac district is on your right – you’ve arrived 200 metres further on, just past the bridge! (journey time: 1 hour 15 minutes)

How many cars can fit on the campsite?
Only one car per mobile home is permitted to enter the campsite grounds.
How much does a wash cost? And a dry?
Washing costs €5, drying costs €5, and both together cost €9.
Is there a charge for using the gym?
No, but a deposit of €20 per adult is required. Minors are not permitted.
Are pets allowed at your campsite?
Yes, for a fee and limited to one pet. Available on pitch-only sites and in certain mobile home ranges only.
What types of pets are allowed on the campsite?
Dogs and cats.
Are beach shorts allowed?
No. For hygiene reasons, beach shorts, wetsuits and dresses are not permitted.
Do you accept the burkini?
No, for hygiene reasons, the burkini is not permitted.
What are the recycling requirements?
We have bins for light packaging, glass and compost.
Where can I charge my vehicle?
It’s 300 metres from the campsite; here’s the route.
How do I use my customer account?
Using the reference number provided when your booking was confirmed, along with your email address.
Do you accept minors without legal guardians?
We do not accept groups of minors unless they are accompanied by a legal guardian for the duration of their stay.
What should you do if your holiday is cancelled?
To book your holiday at our campsite in La Baule with peace of mind, we offer the “NEAT SEMI FLEX+” cancellation insurance. The insurance premium must be paid in full at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The cost is 4% of the total price of your stay. We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
STEP 1 – Notify the campsite reception immediately of your cancellation or early departure by calling us on 02 40 60 46 66, and do not forget to send us confirmation of your cancellation by email to camping@laroseraie.com.
STEP 2 – Notify the insurer NEAT of your cancellation or interruption of stay within 48 hours of the incident:

Can you visit someone at the campsite?
Yes, subject to a fee which can be viewed here. As the campsite is private property, please go to reception to be issued with a visitor’s wristband. If you fail to do so, security staff will immediately ask you to leave the campsite.
How do you get around by bike in La Baule and the surrounding area?
For your holiday, why not go for a bike ride to explore the area? Cycle paths start right at the campsite entrance and lead all the way to the beach. To help you, there are two resources available:
